android became a prestigious OS brand in the world, obviously it’s a product of the great "google" plus its free source type. android made a revolution in the smart phone industry. because its free many Chinese mobile manufactures are adopted it and made their low budget smart phones.   

cheapest android i know is huawei u 8150, its 12 990 /- Rs at dorakathanaya outlet and huawei u 8180 from etisalat you need to spend around 13000 /- for phone and a connection for three month ( other outlets sell this around 16000 /-), with the lower price these seems to be a good phones to start your android journey.
